Recipe for Puppy Chow (Contains Peanut Butter):
Ingredients:
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
9 cups rice cereal
3 cups powered sugar

Directions: Melt peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips until blended. Place the rice cereal in a very large bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal and toss, making sure all the cereal gets a good coating. Next, place the powdered sugar into a zip lock style “baggie” along with the coated cereal and shake to cover. (You may need to divide the mixture to work with smaller batches. Once coated, serve in dog bowls.

Hamsters in a Ball:
Materials:
1 large light brown pom pom
2 small black pom poms
2 small pink pom poms
Fine fishing line
Brown craft foam
Acrylic ornament ball
Hot glue gun

Directions:  Attach the small black pom poms as eyes with the glue gun to the large light brown pom pom. You may need to use a pair of tweezers to hold the pom poms in place. Attach one of the pink pom poms as a nose to three pieces of the fishing line for the whisker.  Then, glue the nose and whiskers onto the large light brown pom pom body.  Next, shape the ears from the brown craft foam. Ears should be circular in shape. Use the last small pink pom pom as a “nubby” tail in the back of the large light brown pom pom body.  Last, place the pom pom hamster in its acrylic ball.
